There are 3 different levels of Nesmuk's EXKLUSIV and the C150 is their top of the line. When comparing knives you should see if it's their C90, C100 or C150 line. We also carry their C90 Chef's knife as well and can special order the C100.

C150: High concentration maintained over many hours or even days is required to make the fine cutting edge with its characteristic black appearance underneath the wild damask pattern. Up to 401 layers, faceted lade with double-sided hollow ground for reduced cutting material adhesion, with a carbon content of 1.5%

EXKLUSIV: Includes all knives with traditional hand-forged blades made of Damascus steel. The coating technology that was exclusively developed for Nesmuk is called Nesmuk Protective Coating (NPC) and protects the blade against corrosion and preserves the damask pattern.

Juma Black Handle: Is a high tech synthetic with a high mineral content, very hard and durable, comfortable touch and texture.

Chef’s Knife: The all purpose knife that allows you to carry out around 80% of all cutting tasks. As a standard knife shape it is indispensable in every kitchen for almost any task. Blade length is 180 mm or 7 inches.
