My personal favorite and go-to knife. Whether you get it in the Grand Prix II, Classic, or Classic Ikon, this shape in the forged lines is awesome for vegetables and slicing/chopping in general. It’s a bit lighter than your traditional chef’s knife, and I find myself using this shape the most often at home. Very comfortable and feels great to use.

Got this knife for my wife last year for Christmas, on the recommendation from a gentleman at the store. We both love it! It is now her new favorite knife on the rack. She uses it for everything! Meats, fish, veggies. It’s a great replacement for a traditional Chef’s knife.
