Merchandise Return Policy:

Returns must be made within 45 days of purchase for a refund. Returns require a copy of the order to be returned with your shipment. All refunds will be made by original method of payment. Returned merchandise must be in new condition with original packaging.

Items Not Returnable:

Any custom laser engraving order is not refundable due to the personalization of the product – unless the product is defective. Gift cards and knife skills classes are not able to be refunded. However we understand life happens and as long as we receive 72 hours notice that you are unable to attend the class, we will issue you a store gift card or sign you up for the next class you would like to take. Please call us as soon as you know you are not able to attend and we will happily work with you.

How to Return Items:

Returns can either be returned in store or mailed to Eversharp Kitchen Store. When shipping back a return to Eversharp Kitchen Store please make sure you have included a copy of your receipt/packing list and your name and phone number. Items mailed back to us should have a tracking number and we recommend insuring them.
